26 home-style lunches, at your desk.

DRAFT — to be confirmed by the owner before launch. 1. What you buy: ₹2,200 buys 26 vegetarian lunch boxes. Boxes are counted, not calendar days — a box is used only on a day it is delivered. 2. Delivery: Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 1 PM. No delivery on Sundays, government holidays or announced closures; those days do not use boxes. 3. Pausing: Pause any day or range from your dashboard before 8 PM the previous day. Paused days do not use boxes. Requests after the cutoff need our approval because the food may already be planned. 4. Long pauses: Your unused boxes never expire while your subscription is open. Pauses longer than 60 days must be requested in parts. 5. Fixed menu: One fixed vegetarian menu for everyone. We cannot customise items. Allergen information (including dairy/curd) is shown on the menu. 6. Missed or late boxes: If a box is late, missing, wrong or damaged, report it the same day. After review, we credit the box back to your balance. 7. If you are not available: If you are absent, unreachable or refuse the box at the address you gave, the box is counted as used. 8. Cancellation and refunds: You can cancel any time. Unused boxes are refunded at the price per box (₹2,200 ÷ 26) to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Gateway charges may be deducted. 9. Changes to this policy: New versions apply only to purchases made after they are published. Your purchase follows the version you accepted.
